Oregon Child Support Calculator
https://justice.oregon.gov/guidelines/
This is an official State of Oregon website.  It shows the official calculator for child support.  These calculations will usually govern what child support is awarded.  The calculations and the rebuttal factors can sometimes be somewhat more complicated than they appear at first glance.  Care to ensure that the correct information is gathered and entered is very important, as is an understanding of the rules and the protocols for data entry.

Benton County Standard Parenting Plan
http://www.courts.oregon.gov/Benton/Docs/docs/parplan.pdf
This is the default parenting plan and visitation schedule that the will often be ordered in Benton County divorce or custody cases.  Parents can propose alternate schedules.  If both parents agree to some other schedule the court will often agree to the alternate schedule.  If only one parent wishes to depart from this default parenting plan the court will usually require a convincing demonstration that it is in the child’s best interest to adopt the alternate proposal.
