Steven A. Heinrich is a Corvallis attorney who focuses his practice on elder law, including estate and incapacity planning, Medicaid, trust and estate administration, probate, and other matters including real estate which arise therefrom. He is a prior Chair of the Oregon State Bar Elder Law Section. He is a former member of the Senior Services Advisory Council for Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties. Dr. Heinrich has a Ph.D. in anthropology from the University of Illinois, and a law degree from the University of Washington. He has practiced in Oregon since 1994, and has had his office in Corvallis since 1998.
